    Ans-Hold on 96xx phones

    Put this question out to a couple other groups :

    On the 96xx , while an admin is on an active call, they receive a call on one of their bridge appearances, and the Hold button switches to an “ans-hold” , at the same time they receive a call on a secondary bridge appearance, and they select Ans-hold – they are answering the newest call , when the intent was to answer the first BA call.
    Is there a way to set a Hold softkey vs the Ans-hold, or set priority on which ringing BA they want answered? Looking for a way for the admin to select what ringing BA they want to answer.

    just a follow-up found the answer over @ tek-tips :

    " if you are on a call and another call comes in and you want to place your first call on hold and choose which next call to take, press the "PHONE" button and you will get the hold option. "
