Avaya IP Office not sending voicemail to email

We have an IP Office server that sent voicemails to an internal email server and then into our mailboxes, we have now moved to another email server in the cloud but this has now stopped so we have gone onto the SMTP tab in the manager console and changed it to point to the new email server and have tested it will relay from other devices but nothing comes into our mailboxes from voicemail. Is there anything further i need to check/change or at least see where the logs are for me to go through ?

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks

Which voicemail, I would assume embedded voicemail.

Cloud email servers increasing use StartTLS and that is only supported by the SMTP in the recent IP Office 9.0 releases.

It's showing as IP Office Manager 10.0 (18) but i'm not sure what you mean by embedded email ? The SMTP tab on the manager only seems to give me the option to set the email server IP address and from email address ?
Would the Voiemail type have an effect on this setup ?

The IP Office system can support several different types of voicemail server. Which yours is using would affect where the SMTP settings for voicemail email are configured. Look on the System | Voicemail tab to see what it is set to?

10.1 is the version of your IP Office Manager software. That implies that your system is running IP Office 8.1 software.
