    IP Softphone 5.2 error msg

    Use receives error "An attempt was made to access an unnamed file past its end" when trying to launch IP Softphone - uninstalled and reinstalled app - same error, any suggestions, please

    It seems to be Database corruption.
    Kindly raise a case with Avaya GPS for troubleshooting.
