Identifying phones not configured with DHCP

    Hi,

As a network guy I'm occasionally having problems with Avaya VoIP Phones statically configured in the middle of a DHCP scope that I need to reset manually through the CRAFT menu.

Is there a sway to scan my LAN to identify which phone is not using DHCP options 176 or 242 to set the Voice VLAN id and ACM IP address ?

Ideally using a SNMP oid or something ?

    Thanks.

Look at the IP addresses of the phones that are registered to the PBX and then look at your DHCP server leases and make sure that the phones all have leases from your DHCP server. If you see any phones registered that didn't get the IP address from the DHCP server go ahead and clear them.
