We used to use Comm Mgr/ASA to access/program inc-call-handling for ISDN trunk groups but now we've moved to Session Manager. In SM I can access the trunk group under Elements/Communication Mgr then Network and can edit members but where can you access the trunk groups "inc-call-handling" screen so you can delete/insert digits for inbound tollfree? Thanks

You should still be able to administer CM as you did before. It's not mandatory to use System Manager. For manipulating incoming digits to CM from a SIP trunk connected to SM, you can either perform "ch inc tru x" in SAT or accomplish the same using SM adaptations created in the System Manager web interface.
The latter is a better option if you have multiple SMs connected to a single CM, eliminating the need to maintain several CM incoming trunk tables.Meridian IT - Senior Engineer

basically in SMGR you can use incoming/outgoing adaptation for manipulation of the call, which digit you want to delete or where you wanna go.
Avaya has pre-installed some Adaptation in SMGR but Some third party vendor does have it. so we havr to create it manually.
also CM work as a feature server like provide the basic feature of SIP phone.Rao
