IP 500 V2 over VPN

guys,

we are trying to run our Ip Office over a VPN ..

i have it working in our smaller offices.. but in one particular office, we can only get voice comms one way, ie sitting in head office, i can hear the remote office as clear as a bell, thay cannot hear me...

the handsets were configured while on remote site and connect fine.. gateways etc are good, we can ping each handset from head office.

How is your VPN setup? Do you have site-to-site tunnels built between every office and the head office? If that's the case, then it sounds like it's just a firewall rule on one of the two networks. Try disabling direct IP to IP communications for one of the extensions in that small office and see if you get two way audio then.
