Avaya wireless phone 3645 reset password

Hi

I have Avaya wireless phones 3645, when I did restore defaults, it's not accepting the default password to access Admin menu.
is there any other password can be used instead of 123456.

That's it, 123456 is the default password. If you have the dual charger station with a USB port on it you can use the handset administration tool and try and reset the phone like that. Otherwise your best bet might be to call Spectralink, they're pretty good with supporting the phones even though they're Avaya branded..

I'm trying to use 123456 through phone itself and through the admin tool (dual charger) but the phone don't accept the password, so I can't enter to Admin menu and I can't change it.
please any suggestion?

I already solved it, the SIP firmware was uploaded before to the phone and the password has been changed automatically to 27238 even I uploaded again H323 firmware the password will not changed back to 123456.
I have to use 27238 to login to Admin menu then change the password to 123456 again.
