Good afternoon! Our company bought the avaya B149 conference phone. After installing the SD memory card, the display says "communication error -4" and "error -1". Please tell me maybe I need another memory card or new software? Or you could request another way to sold this problem?

As the PCN says, you need to order (from Avaya) the new software on an SD card. It also says how to do so.Comment
