    Hi guys!

the situation is, i have 2 receptions each of them has 2 different lines, and when the reception 1 is making outgoing calls the line number will show is the other line number which on the other reception direct line. make me so confused why the reception 1 when use to call is its using for outgoing calls the other line we have. please any one.

the good things is the 2nd reception everything is fine.

What kind of lines do you have? Are the receptionists in a hunt group? Is there a DID that rings each receptionist individually?

thanks for the reply first of all.

actually we have 3 line in total

      1. ex. 43995141- reception 1
      2.43951771 -reception 2
      3. we have a PRI Line.

all in one going to the the system. yes and both reception are on hunt they have like 4 line each.
and they have different rings for different calls..

and strange is, when i join into user groups the reception one. it will appear the PRI line main line like 306999. not its own line the 43995141.

Make separate ARS tables for each receptionist. You can copy and paste the current one.

For reception 1, append S43995141 to the end of each entry in the table

For reception 2, append S43951771 to the end of each entry in the table

Add a USER shortcode for each receptionist to dial out through the appropriate ARS

The PRI is your line, the two numbers are just DIDs on the PRI, not lines. The phone system needs to be made aware of which number to use for outgoing calls. Are those lines supposed to ring the individual receptionist directly? If so, just make sure the incoming call routes are built correctly, and put an i in front of the number if there are multiple incoming call routes targeting the same person.

So the incoming call route for reception 1 would be i43995141 with the destination of reception 1, then the incoming call route for reception 2 would be i43951771 with the destination of reception 2. That way the system will use that number as the caller ID for that receptionist. Otherwise you'll need to do as thiel2 suggested and build the ARS for the receptionists and user short codes.
