Page All?

I am not sure of the exact server we are using but we are using Site Admin 6.0 with half 6400 series digital phones and half 4600 series voip phones on our campus.

Is there a way to set it up so our security personal can do a page to all phones in times of emergency? I already know about groups and have them set up but we need a way to page every phone at once.

Keep in mind you can easily exhaust all your call resources forcing each phone to go off-hook and incur a service outage, depending on the number of endpoints. Overhead paging or some external emergency notification system is probably the better route without knowing more about your environment.
