Avaya 96xx series SIP firmware

Hi,
i'm new member of this forum.
I've recently buy another Avaya 9620, and i have installed it on my voip network.
The problem is that the telephone doesn't do always the first call, emits sound similar at busy user.
I noticed that in other phone, is installed the firmware SIP 2.6.7, but is no longer present on the Avaya site.
Where i download it?
I use nonproprietary PBX.

Hello,

Please note that 2.6.7 is an old firmware and is no longer available on support site.
The latest firmware in that release are 2.6.11, 2.6.12, 2.6.13, 2.6.14.
These can be downloaded from the below link,

https://support.avaya.com/products/P0553/9600-series-ip-deskphones/SIP%202.6.x

All the fixes that were available in 2.6.7 will continue to be part of the latest firmware.
