    See forwarded numbers/names in History

    Hello support team,

I tried to get an answer for my question in the forum of you devconnect-programm, but they told me, I should try it in the support forum of Avaya.

Please take also a look at my post there: https://www.devconnectprogram.com/fo...58.page#p73878

So I will try to explain my problem here:

Our users report me a missing feature in history on the Avaya CM with 9611G phones.

If a call would be forwarded to another phone (let's call it phone2) (because of a busy phone1 or the user is not on his place) and the user of this phone2 does not off-hook the call, in history you can't see from whom (phone1) the call came.

So my question is, if there is a solution to see in the history of phone2 the calling number and the forwarded phone1 (in this case the number or name from phone1 plus the number of the originally caller)?

Is there a solution or a feature to activate this?

    Thanks

I remember we had the same question regarding 9641 deskphones. Answer from avaya was that it is not intended to be shown. The phones have only icons for missed, incoming and outgoing call. No other information could be provided (neither from which point a call has been forwrded nor that a call has been actually forwarded).

            regards,
            andre
