Grandstream DP715/710 on CM

I have an instructor that was in need of a cordless phone so he did some research and bought a Grandstream DP715/710. The vendor we bought it from said it would run on our system but I am not so sure.

We are running a G450 with CM rather than IP Office. Does anyone know if it is possible to get this phone working on our system?

*Edit* We are not currently running SIP.

Going by the information (including manuals) on their website, it uses SIP signaling between the basestation and the associated call server.

So you are saying that it is possible to install this phone on our system?

It appears to use SIP. You stated that you "are currently not running SIP". If those two statements are correct, then it will not work.
