Our service partner used virtual extensions for our emergency location extensions. He used abrdg-appr to get the appearance on the stations.
The problem is the stations are always busy when you call that extension.
When looked into it, they should have been made analog lines with a x location? At least they ring when I test with that configuration.
The problem is to fix it, I have to remove the emergency location extension from all the phones and regions, so I can delete the virtual line and re-add the analog line and add it all back.
Am I missing something, or is there an easier way to correct this?
Thanks
