On the phone message Avaya 9640

Hi guys:

I have an IPO500v2 Rls 9.1.

I don't know what the user's done, but when I call him I see in my phone's screen the message "on the phone".

Then when I see the user's phone I see a message on the screen: "On the phone"

I don't know how to erase it. I checked the phone settings and in the manager software it seems ok.

Anybody knows what is going on?
