I am trying to integrate a RightFax (OpenText) Server to my Comm Mgr 6 via a SIP trunk. The system works in regard to receiving faxes. I can't get the caller ID to show anything except the lead number for the SIP trunk. Since there are several department fax machines pointed to the SIP trunk, the vendor needs to know the extension of the specific fax the documents were originally sent to in order to drop it in the right "bucket". I've been working on this for several weeks. I spoke with a programmer who was unable to figure it out. I've sent two messages to Avaya Prof Svcs but haven't received a reply. Anyone have an idea to what I need to do to get this to work - or can you tell me if it will even work the way the vendor wants it to?
