call in coverage, recorded as a missed call

Dear all,

i have a group of 4 extensions, arranged as a coverage answer group. The cov ans group is Point 1 (and the only one Point) in coverage path 1.
Ext 100 is administered with coverage path 1. The call is coming to Ext 100, and after few rings goes to coverage path 1. Rings at coverage answer group, on 4 phones. One of them answers the call, talk and finish the conversation.
Problem is that the call is recorded as a missed call on other 3 extensions (members of coverage answer group). Is there any possibility to avoid it? If the call is answered, there is no need to be recorded as a missed call.

I am not aware of a solution for this. We are observing the same and had already technical contact to Avaya without any other result.
