Problem with CDR cond-code

Hello. S8700 R14
I send CDR data to the server port and then process them in the php code. I noticed that in the coming cond code status only 9 and 7, even if the incoming call was missed (for missed calls should be the status of H). Please tell me what could be the problem?

If its a ACD call with announcements then the call is considered as answered.
