I have an issue beetwen Cisco Unity and ACM 5.2.1, the integration works correctly except for the MWI, In phones Cisco the MWI is working but in Avaya is failed.
The station has configured a CP with a CR and the call go for one route pattern and the trunk is a Qsig. If you access to voicemail the call is saved.
Please I need help for able the MWI.
