Caller Id On Analog Phones While Busy

Is there any way to set/show the caller id on analog phones while its in use? Example, while caller is talking with someone and another caller tries to call, there is no way of knowing who tried to call???

The analog telephone has basic functions, and because you canot view the second call in your display.

So there's not a setting on my Avaya CM 5.0 that can enable analog phone to display the caller id while busy? Our wireless phone system is Spectralink DECT KWS 8000 and not SIP-enabled, so the system had to be setup using analog integration with our PBX.
