Avaya 96XX connected to SIP SERVER - Transfer not working

Hi,
We connected Avaya 96XX SIP with latest version - we have the following flow issue:
User A SIP client
User B SIP client
User C Avaya 96xx

A call B
B put A on hold and call C
C answer and talk to B
B transfer the call with A to C.

The SIP server send refer message to C
And C send invite but without the referred-by header (it send a new invite same as new call)

If instead of 96xx I will use Cisco or Avaya 4621 it will work and the invite from C will be with referred-by header.

Does Avaya 96XX support this flow?

Avaya 96xx with SIP software are not supported by Avaya on anything other than Avaya Aura.

Is there other Avaya model which are supported for non Avaya switch? or all supported only when used with Avaya switch?

Please check the SIP trunk group configuration. use number format : private in trunk configuration. It will work...
