One-X Agent Not Supporting Native 96x1

    Hello -

I couldn't find where this had been discussed on the threads here so I wanted to put it out there so it will save other folks the headache...

We recently found out that the One-X Agent platform (We are using 2.5 - 2.5.5.0022) will not support the 96x1 in CM Natively (We are running 6.3 and can choose from 9608, 9611, etc.). If you change the set type back to a 96xx type set (I.E. 9630, 9640, etc.) it will work fine.

When trying to log into One-X Agent it will display the error "Failed to login for unknown reasons", we escalated this to Avaya and they advised us that this is a issue that they are working on, but no ETA as to when this will be fixed.

    Thought I would share here.

This would be nice if Avaya could fix this
