Could you please help me to resolve the issue which I am facing in Avaya Contact Store which I has been installed with IPO500 v2.
Issue1:
It is working for 1 one day and getting the call recorded and the very next day or in the same day if we restarted the PC where contact store installed,next time the page " http://localhost:8888 " will not come up.
Issue 2:
Add ins for contact store is not downloading and we were not able to see the save button or mail button in search window in contact store.
