    Dial tone issue 9611g

    I have connected 9611G IP phone with CM 5.2.1 & administered as 9650. Problem is that I am dial tone on single press. Anybody can suggest some solution.....

    If you go off hook and you don`t get dialtone, perhaps something todo with Medpro / gateways...Is this phone perhaps in another network region...what does it dhow if you do a list trace and you try to go off hook

      if network region of the registered extension and medpro card is different, then you need to check the communication between ip-network-region of phone and medpro.
