    Communication manager Call barging

    Scenario: All agents(30) used to make outbound calls. Client want to observe the dialed calls by using one number only. He do not want to put different extension numbers every time.

    Is there any solution of this?

    If the outbound calls go out through 1 specific trunk you can use the verify button. With the verify button you can select one trunk channel and listen to the calls on that channel.

      This sounds like a silly request how is he going to know who he is listening too ?

      Anyway set up a VDN make people dial out by dialling the vdn number , then in the vector have a collect digits with a variable in the mix, and then route to digits.

      then he can service observe the vdn.

      But you are going to have to be clever with your variables for digit collection , and have two aar/ars codes depending on if they need service observing or not.
