Is it one particular line that's giving you the out of service alarm or is it all of them? What kind of lines are they? The IP Office detects line voltage so it'll know if the line is in service or not, if the line goes out of service then you need to take it up with your carrier.

I am having 7 fxo lines and all these lines are showing out of service. There is no chance of power fluctuation and even the entire server active components are getting power up by UPS only with proper standard.
The line is coming UP automatically too.

Are they analog lines from a carrier or do you have an IP to FXO gateway? If you plugin a buttset do you get dialtone from those lines while the IP Office says they're out of service?

I m having direct FXO lines from our ISP side and I tested all lines with Analog phone, all are working fine and I was able to make and receive calls without any disconnection issue.
While the lines are in IPO system , it is disconnecting and getting a status log from IP office system Status --> lines.

When the IP Office shows the line out of service can you test with an analog phone and get dialtone?

What kind of "direct FXO lines" do you have? Are they straight copper onto a block? Do you have an ONT on-site converting it from fiber? Are you getting them from a cable provider into an Adtran? Do you have DSL on these lines?
