Options for Home User?

I have a User that needs to work from home. We tried to setup a PIX and do a LAN to LAN firewall, though their ISP (Comcast) seems to be blocking something. I can get a 5610 Phone with the same equipment to work in the office and on other ISPs.

This is his only ISP option, so I'm looking for other options to hook him up to our IPOffice 500 system here at HQ.

I'm not sure if a IP Softphone would work either. The LAN To LAN VPN is fine, so the Laptop connects fine (though the 5610 also talk to the VM Server, jsut not the Call Server)

Any Suggestions?
