S8300 configuration

How can you remotely configure a new S8300 with a G450 gateway. Can basic network connectivity be established and then the rest of the configuration be done?

I've done this by having the far-end wire a laptop to the S8300 service port. I access the laptop via web meeting over wireless. You still need someone to insert the appropriate discs.
