    IP Office Server Edition feature 'CallPickUpAny'

    Hi. I'm Hyung-Jin.

    I have a problem.
    If you have an Idea, Please let me know.

    - Ip phone A and B resister on Server of IP Office Server Edition 9.1
    - Analog phones connect on Expansion(IP500v2) of IP Office Server Edition 9.1

    [Symptom]
    - IP Phone A can "CallPickupAny"(default Short Code *30) feature IP Phone B call.
    - IP Phone can not "CallPickupAny" feature analog phone call, and vice versa.

    As far as I know, you can't pickup calls between the different systems. Your analog phone is on the 500v2 but your IP phones are on the server.

      Indeed. That feature and most of the call pickup features are only practical for small groups of user (for example where you can hear a colleagues phone ringing unanswered and want to answer it before it forwards or goes to voicemail). They make no sense for users in different locations (yes and IP phone registered on site A might physically be at site B but not commonly)

      Because of that Avaya haven't implemented those features between different systems in an SE network.
