Call Attendant license linked to MAC address

    Hello

I have heard that the Call Attendant license on it's server is linked to the MAC address of the NIC it uses. The motherboard which our Call Attendant runs on needs to be replaced. How do I change the link between the license and the NIC? Where would I go in Call Attendant (or wherever) to make the change?

    Thanks

I checked about this and found that call attendant license is not generated based on MAC address. so changing the motherboard should not cause any problem.

    Thanks,

Sorry that I have not closed this. Actually, the Call Attendant license is created using the MAC address. I had to contact the company that sold us the appliance, and they created a new license. Thanks for your interest.
