    Web Collaboration not working

    I have been trying to get web collaboration in onex portal to work with no success. The icon that is suppose to appear right next to the start conference icon does not show.
    I have the licenses needed and web collaboration is checked under user in Manager.

    What I do notice is if I uncheck save and check and save the icon does appear but when I press it nothing happens. Once onex portal is closed and opened again the icon dissappers .

    Any Ideas would be appreciated.

    Hi, I have the same problem on the release 9.1.4. Any ideas for solving the problem ?

      No one seems to have experienced this. My VMPro server is installed on a Virtual server. My update to 9.1 did not go well and I continually get a message on the web manager site that my upgrade did not complete. When I try and select yes to finish up grade it fails and says it failed to pull files?

      I'm in the process of creating a new server since I didn't do a snap shot of the old one duh. We'll see what happens.
