3631 - Bad File Server Address

When starting up Avaya 3631 IP phones, I'm recv'n message indicating a "bad file server address". I'm having to go into CM5.1 and change phone type back-and-forth to get the call-appearances. Does anyone have an idea about where I find this file server address????

Look in the option 242 string of your voice DHCP scope for an HTTPSRVR=x.x.x.x parameter. This is the IP address of the HTTP file server used by the phones for settings and firmware. CM5 can act as a file server or it can be a customer server.
