Analog pots30v2

On System Status program, when connected ANALOG POTS30V2 to IP office 500v2, see only one Alarm - link/resource down, Expansion 1.
I was try to connected to different input from 1 to 8 - showing the same.
Analog station always blinking green. Connect it to com port and it showing - "Waiting for PCLK" and after many dots.... Where can be the problem? On manager and system status - not see any external module.

1) What version of IP Office software?

2) System powered down before connecting expansion and then restarting? (with module being started first).

3) Using blue cable supplied with the module?

1. Now version - 7.0 (made upgrade to 8 and downgrade to 5 and to 6 not help )
2. Make same like in manual with power down and after restart.
3. Use same cable what was in box (cat5 blue cable) original.

Expansion just flashing green. On manager was trying to put manual BOOTP - use dvppots.bin , use without MAC address (00.00.00.00.00.00 or 00.00.00.00.00.01) - not know where to find it. Serial number - can't put on.

Which version originally? - if now upgraded what type of upgrade license? (Small System upgrade means no external expansion modules).

Original is 7.0 (5), license is 4 (R7.0). Where I can find what type of upgrade license?
