    Hi All

    My company using avaya ipoffice 500 v2 telephone system . I want to upgrade this ip office

    my ip office version is..

    Avaya IP Office 500 v2 version 7.0 (36)

    Already Existed License

    Advanced edition
    AUDIX Voicemail
    Avaya IP endpoints
    CTI Link Pro
    Customer Service Agent
    Customer Service Supervisor
    IP500 Voice Networking Channels
    IPSec Tunnelling
    Mobile Worker
    Office Worker
    Phone Manager Pro (per seat)
    Phone Manager Pro IP Audio Enabled (users)
    Power User
    Preferred Edition (Voicemail Pro)
    SIP Trunk Channels
    Wave User

    Please tell-me which type license for purchase upgrading our avaya system
    ASNP

    Upgrade to what? - 8.1, 9.0, 9.1 are all still supported release but all have difference over what they support so big differences in the answers.

    For you list of existing licenses do we assume that they are all being used, eg:
    - You have Phone Manager Pro licenses so is Phone Manager Pro actually being used?
    - You have CCR licenses - are you running CCR?

    You don't list an Essential Edition license!? odd

    What physical parts (base cards, trunk cards, external expansion modules) do you have in the system? - that affects upgrades too.

      Thanks for your replay actually this avaya ip office500v2 demo system i want to upgrade sytem v9.0 need how many license purchase for upgrade. only the Advanced edition License running my system.

      please send me need how many license

      Not using CCR
      Not using Phone Manager Pro

          You would need a 9.0 upgrade license.
          You would also need to upgrade to 8.0 first then go to 9.0. I believe the 9.0 licence would cover the 8.0 upgrade.
