    How to enable auto-answer with no ACD or agents involved with CM ?

    You can program a button int-aut-ans which you can activate to answer internal called numbers. There is no option outside ACD for external calls to auto answer

      seems like we found a way.
      SET HEADSYS 1
      HEADSYS specifies whether the telephone will go on-hook if the headset is active when a
      Disconnect message is received.
