Onex Mobile VM issue

On a power users mobility app messages show in the message tab but when there accessed theres an error message. I went in one x administration and under component status I do not see the VM pro server.

I tried updating the config with the vm server information and rebooted the server but the vm server does not show under active components. This is IPO 500v2 9.03 with UCM mod. The onex is on a separate server.

I would recommend to open a Service Request so that we can check both the One-x mobile and IPO to find the cause and fix it.
