We are piloting IP agent recording. Installed 9608G phone set - agent set up with "acd" for zip tone. When attempting to log into 9608G, phone goes into AUX for a few seconds then logs out. CM version R016x.00.1.510.1 - 9608G at Release 6.3116. (Phone type is set to 9650) Any advice on how to resolve, so agent can log into phone with zip tone? Thank you.
