I have a CM 6.3 and SM 6.3. I am testing a SIP device that registers to the SM via UDP port 5060. I am able to make outbound calls. Whenever I try to make an inbound call the call is rejected. When I trace the incoming call it is being made via TCP not UDP. The SIP device I have only does UDP so it does not recognize the TCP call. How can I make inbound calls to the device via UDP?
SIP Incoming TCP Needs to be UDP
