Please hel us to resolve problem - CS1000m r5.5 dont send calls to Avaya b179, in SIP logs "Bad SDP"
We are bought some Avaya B179 phones to work with CS1000M rel.5.5.
Together we bought SIP3party license.
So we had upgrade license keycode and get 4 "THIRD PARTY SIP LINES":
NAME LIMIT, LEFT, USED
THIRD PARTY SIP LINES - 4, 3, 1
And we have packages:
SIP Line for Nortel Clients (SIPL_NORTEL) 415
SIP Line for 3rd Party Clients (SIPL_3RDPARTY) 416
Next read manual "Communication Server 1000E SIP Line Service for Release 5.5" and create UEXT SIP3 phone.
Next we create user in NRS as "User endpoint" and see that phone successfully register.
Route, dch and CDP we already use.
So outgoing calls from b179 work fine, but incoming dont work.
In b179 SIP logs we see status "400 Bad SDP".
What else we can do?
