Deny hits from fortigate firewall for the medpro port 33454

I am receiving deny hits from a telephone behind firewall, the network region is administered with the ports UDP Port Min: 16384 and UDP Port Max: 32767. But the deny hits on 33454, as a result one way voice traffic.
