urgent: need your support (IP Office incoming Call)
Hi All,
please i need your support as i have an issue with AVaya IP Office 500 v2 R9.
the system is working properly but i had been asked for assigning a specific number to CEO to through also others can call him back through this number
for the outbound calls it worked. but for the incoming call, users can reach his ext but the Caller number appear without Zero !! (ex: when i dial him externally from my mobile number "0531918090" the call reach him but he see "531918090"
please support me for the needed settings to fix this issue.
