G450 not registering to the core

I have installed a G450 and even though the media server is up, it is not registering to the core. And there is a minor alarm on the G450. How can I get it to register back to the Core?

can you run "list trace media-gateway ip-address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" on SAT interface of Communication manager to check the output?

hey make sure your mgc list is setup properly so that your G450 will register to the core
