Why Do You Want This?

hi

in our CM we dial 8 before the dialed number ( 8 is fac )
we would like to make calls without access code .
how do i achieve this ?

Why would you want to do this? And for how many do you want this?

The answer to these questions will help me offer a better response. You could route calls to POTS lines to accomplish this. But why have a phone switch if you aren't going to use it.

how do you want to distinguish between internal and external calls? Are you trying to avoid ARS altogether?

Do you not want to use any of the other feature access codes?
