9600 H.323 phone call back failure

Hi ,
Our 9600 phone can't call back, since ARS FAC is not prepended. In 46xxsettings file. we enabled "ENHANCED LOCAL DIALING RULES" as below,
SET ENHDIALSTAT 1
SET PHNOL *0

When bootup, I can see the phone get this setting file. How can we troubleshoot this issue?

I guess a list trace station would give you some hints.
On my system the ARS fac is 0
The 46xxsettings.txt includes:
SET ENHDIALSTAT 1
SET PHNOL 0
SET PHNDLENGTH 6
SET PHNIC 00
SET PHNLDENGTH 10
SET PHNCC 33
SET PHNLD ""

Working fine

Add these together and check.

SET PHNDPLENGTH x - where x is Extension length
SET PHNLDLENGTH x - where x is National telephone number length

What digits does the phone actually dial back? so what do you see on the phone display?

Hi all, I set all the value for enhanced dial list. Not work. It dial out the number received in history, without ARS code.
I heard it is a known bug, my workaroud is to use calltype analysis table.
