Avaya communication manager

Hello guys,

Can anyone tell me how i could re install back my communication manager since after i upgraded my OS to windows 10 the APPs disappeared, beside my office manager still remain i notice that that communication manager was gone for maybe couple of months already.

Did you check the program files directory to see if the files are still there? What version software were you running and what version of Windows did you upgrade from?

Could you please confirm the exact product? communication manager is not installed on windows 10. Communication manager is a complete call controller solution. Are you referring to Avaya OneX Communicator or Avaya Communicator? These are softclients that are installed on Microsoft Windows operating system.

yes i check the program file its gone its not in there, and i was using windows 8.1 before upgrading to this OS now WIN 10.

I am currently using IP Office manager 8.1.
what i mean arbi is after i upgrade my OS from win 8 to to win10 one of my application that i usually seen and open i believe it was communication manager its gone. please correct me if i im wrong.
