9608 h.323
I am using IP Office H323 Telephone Installation Notes #15-601046 issue 20h (16 Dec 2015)
to install a 9608 phone at a remote location. The configuration that I had in mind is on pages 60-61. There is NVG 589 Motorola Router at the remote end and a Fortigate 60d firewall at the IP Office 9.1. I can get the phone to communicate with the IPO but the phone never shows that it is fully registered on the monitor H323 status screen. When I set the phone up
In the IPO the teleworker or power user profile was not available in the dropdown menu so I left it as a basic user. I have the required ports open in the firewall and at the router but I can't get the phone to work. Has anyone gotten this to work?
