Phone History / Call Log

We are running CM with 96xx series handsets - if we look at the phone call history log for outgoing calls we see a mixture of dialled phone numbers but also mixed within the log we see entries that simply show as "ANSWERED BY" ... We cannot see any pattern which would explain why some numbers are listed and some show as "ANSWERED BY".

Anybody any thoughts?

Truthfully I have not seen this one. Is it possible that the call was re-routed to another extension.
