    Panic Button on desktop phone

    Is there a way to turn one of the buttons on a desktop phone into a panic button that would notify Public Safety when pressed? If so, how would this be programmed within the PBX?

    you can configure system abbreviated dialing entry to 911 or 112 number labeled Panic, with soft button on main screen on IP Phone.

      Also test the crisis alert functionality on the system..
