R8+ Preferred Edition (VM Pro)

Hello Everyone,

I would like to ask, how i could download a R8+ Preferred Edition (VM Pro) as i want to change my auto attendant recording because i need to add some options on it. and can you help me also if is it possible i can save the current recording i have so if incase i do have a backup with it.

because the VM Pro is not installed if it needed to be installed. i have the license to it.

If you already have an auto attendant, are you not running VO Pro now? Open the VM Pro Client on the machine that it is running on to make your changes, the recordings are .wav files stored on the local machine.

If perhaps you are using Embedded voicemail right now, and have purchased the license to change to VM Pro, download it from the avaya support site. The only way to save a current recording to be used with voicemail pro is to call into the automated attendant and use Call Record to get the file emailed to you.
