Change 9640 to H.323 firmware

Hi,

I have an 9640 in a IP Office 500 R.9.1 and One X environment.

The 9640 have App file: SIP96xx2_6_4_0.bin and Boot file: hb96xxua3_00.bin

I download the firmware H323-R3_2_6 and make some changues in the file 96xxupgrade.txt but the 9640 do not get the new firmware.

Can someone help me with this?

Try setting the phone to H.323 in phone craft menu. This option is under "SIG" parameter

You should use the 96xxupgrade.txt straight from the install package. Do you see it trying to grab the h.323 files from your http server?
